Order Processing Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. however, please account for weekends, bank holidays, and peak periods, during which processing might take an additional 1-2 days.

Delivery Method
All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail special delivery, ensuring your order arrives the next business day by 1pm after your order status is marked as “Completed.”

Expected Delivery Time
Once your order status is updated to “Completed,” you can expect delivery the following business day by 1pm (please note some UK postcodes may experience slight variations).

Missed Deliveries
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel securely, you may request your tracking number from us after 1pm on the expected delivery date. You can then rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail post office.

Tracking Information
Our order dispatch system isn’t automated for tracking notifications, as sending individual tracking details can be very time-consuming. Most customers receive their parcels before tracking numbers can be distributed.

However, if your parcel hasn’t arrived within 2 business days after the “Completed” status update, please contact us. we will promptly provide your tracking details or investigate the issue.
